What Our Clients Say

Trusted by vendors and customers

What truly sets Jeff Smith and his Blue Point Polymers team apart is their quality and consistency of the material we buy, and we know we are a priority to Blue Point because of the timely communication throughout each transaction that we do with them.

— Kim S.

Good raw material to feed our lines is always important, but the exceptional service is what separates good companies from great ones and Blue Point is a great company. Give them a chance and you will not regret it.

— Michelle G.

I have known Jeff Smith for over 20 years and have consistently found him to be a person of reliability and strong character. I will never forget on the first call I had with Jeff, he said, “If you give me a chance to earn your business, I promise you I won’t let you down.” After his 10-15 follow-up calls, emails and texts over that next week he earned our business. All these years later, he still hasn’t let me down.

— Jonathan D.

Throughout the years, Jeff has demonstrated an exceptional work ethic and commitment to following through on his responsibilities that he promised.

— Brandon B.

I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and Blue Point Polymers to anyone seeking a dependable and trustworthy business professional.

— James F.

I’ve known Jeff Smith both personally and professionally, and he can make me feel like I’m his number one vendor. His response time and follow-up is nearly immediate every time. Jeff has always paid me on terms, and he’s reliable, honest, and dedicated to his craft. His reputation over his 28-year career speaks for itself.

Transitioning into the plastics industry in 1997, Jeff quickly established himself as a top-performing plastic trader. His high-level performance led to a distinguished 20-year tenure as Vice  President at Canusa Hershman Recycling, where he built one of the premier plastic brokerages in the industry.

In November 2025, Jeff launched Blue Point Polymers, an independent brokerage that represents his professional legacy and a commitment to unmatched industry expertise. His career is defined by long-term relationships and the ability to provide the correct recycling program tailored for each client.
